Shipping Flowers
- I understand the I am responsible for the shipping or drop off of the flowers to Jenn's Against The Grain.
-I understand that failure to follow given shipping instructions will result in damaged flowers that the artists can deem unworkable. I may be given the option to downsize or change the style of layout to accommodate my flowers. If the flowers aren't salvageable they will be thrown away and my order will be canceled and refunded.
-I understand that if I send any glass vases, pendants, charms, ribbons or other items that may be used to hold/decorate my flower stems they will not be returned to me. I need to remove these from my bouquet prior to shipping if I would like to keep them. or if they are small enough they can be added to your piece.
THE PROCESS
-I understand that flowers will be dried or pressed in the condition they are received, meaning if flowers arrived bruised or damaged, the same is likely to show in the final piece. If any of the flowers are not workable I will have the choice to buy replacement stems via a local florist.
- I understand that during the process, flowers will fade/change color due to the flowers' nature. (Ex. whites can yellow and reds turn purple.)
- I understand that the Jenn's Against The Grain. team will communicate with me via the email address on the order. If the email address is wrong or needs to be updated, it is my responsibility to notify the team at againstthegrain30@gmail.com
FINAL PRODUCT
-I understand that once my bouquet is being designed, I will receive a mock design of the arrangement to approve before the designer finalizes the product. I can request to change/tweak elements of the design up to 2 times before the product has to be finalized and moved onto shipping.
-I understand that although great care is taken to package pieces with as much protection as possible, damage may occur during shipping. In the event that this occurs, I will leave the piece as is, send Jenn's Against The Grain. photos via email right away and then reseal the box. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
-I understand and agree to the refund and cancelation policy as stated below.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
-I understand that I am fully responsible for any tariffs, import taxes, or other fees associated with international shipping. Along with that I understand I may be charged for additional shipping costs if the charge is higher after placing my order.
-I understand that if my product arrives damaged, it is my responsibility to take pictures of the box before it's opened and then pictures of the item that was damaged if the shipping company damaged product you maybe able to file a claim with them. Jenn's Against The Grain will work with you to rectify the situation.
-I understand that once the package leaves the United States it is my responsibility.
SHIPPING POLICY
If you are an out of state client then choose the "shipping" option during checkout. We recommend sending your flowers via Fed Ex or UPS please review section on how to ship your flowers to us. The cost of shipping your fresh flowers to our studio will be covered by you.
I understand that there will be a shipping cost for my return item as well.
If you are local, you can choose the drop off & pick up option during checkout. There will be a small charge for pick up depending on location in order to cover fuel cost. We will reach out to schedule a time and date.
In the event that your piece is stolen or lost by FedEx or UPS, any insurance funds will be used to either refund the total of your damaged order up to $1,000 dollars or cover the cost to recreate your piece. If you choose to have your return package insured when shipped.
CANCELATION POLICY
If flowers are not received within the week of booking, we have the right to cancel your order and no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Order cancellations can be made at any time before we receive your flowers if needed, however, all payments made remain non-refundable, no exceptions.
Orders are subject to cancellation if:

Payment is not received within 14 days of the issues invoice

We do not receive your Design Review Form by our 2nd reminder or within requested 7 days
-
You do not schedule your consultation by the 2nd time we send you a link to schedule

If flowers are not received within the week of booking
If the order is terminated for any reason by either party, you are responsible for payment of invoices delivered and fees incurred up to the date of termination.
Failure to complete your payments or forms within requested period will result in order cancellations.
If any payment is not timely received, all payments shall become immediately due. If payment is not completed within 14 days of our notice, we have the right to terminate your order.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We do not offer returns or refunds on our custom pieces because they are... custom! If there is a mistake on our end then please reach out and we will do the best that we can to make it right. Make sure when placing your order to include specific details of what you are wanting/expecting. You will have the chance to see a mock design of your layout and approve your the final design before your piece is finalized.
